ADMIN TRAINEE (posted 02.06.2022)

Ray White Sherwood are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for someone to start their career in office administration whilst completing a Certificate 3 in Business via a traineeship program. No prior experience is needed; you will be mentored by an experienced team of 6 in an award-winning real estate sales office.

A little more about this opportunity:
– Daily database management
– Preparing and posting daily mail
– Preparation of appraisal kits for agents
– Preparation and sending of client after sales gifts
– Assistance with preparing Open For Inspection folders for agents
– Reception assistance; handling incoming calls and visitors
– General assistance to other administration team members during peak times

About the candidate:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and eager leaner to join our team. Ideally our newest team member would have high attention to detail and accuracy, good communication skills and the ability to learn new programs easily.

You will need:
– Be eligible to complete a Certificate 3 in Business Administration
– Willingness to ask questions and learn
– Confident user of Microsoft or cloud based Google programs (G-mail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
– Good computer literacy
– Be genuinely interested in a career in administration and office support
– Self-motivated, disciplined and sensible

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

– CRM database management
– Conducting private inspections and open homes

Skills & Experience:
– Ability to multitask and prioritise
– High attention to detail
– Work in a structured team and able to follow procedures
– Real Estate experience with cold calling is preferred although not essential
– Hold a current Real Estate registration certificate and current drivers licence
– Excellent written and verbal skills
