After 17-years in residential sales, including 11-years in Project Sales with Ray White Project Marketing Queensland and 3 years with Place Projects, Grace is highly experienced in both project and residential sales.

Grace works with developers, both sourcing and selling development sites. Her ongoing work with developers in relation to their new projects, have proven to be an invaluable asset. Grace’s ability to review floorplans, inclusions, current market trends and campaign strategies, allows her to work together with the developer to set the wheels in motion for a successful project. Grace’s progressive approach enables her to visualise site potentials and opportunities. Grace’s developer contacts are based not only in Brisbane, but Sydney and Melbourne as well.

Due to her extensive work in various aspects of real estate, she has a thorough understanding of residential, project sales, subdivision and commercial / development sites. She keeps herself abreast the various facets of real estate sales including NDIS investment housing and opportunities.

Grace received numerous sales achievements during her time with Ray White Project Marketing Queensland. She was also awarded various sales achievements during her employment with Place Projects.
