The Ray White Sherwood & Graceville team have been in hyper growth mode over the last several years and consolidation of their 40-strong staff into its large Sherwood location was inevitable.
Gun business owner Cameron Crouch, who has been in real estate for 17-years, leads both teams and sees lots of benefits in merging the team under the one roof.
“Since the Graceville office opened its doors in 2018, we have always promoted the fact that we were one team in two separate locations and our goal has always been to get to 50 per cent market share and we won’t deviate from that ambition. In our core areas there are 12,000 homes and we have a lot of repeat and referral clients,” Mr Crouch said.
Ray White Sherwood can now boast 32 per cent market share in their core suburbs of Sherwood, Chelmer, Graceville, Corinda and Oxley. They are also the most recommended and most trusted agency in the same areas.
“We built our new office with a huge rooftop auction space here on Sherwood Road in 2019, with a future vision to consolidate everyone from our Graceville business into our mega hub and now is the right time,” he said.
The change represents continued growth in the Western suburbs of Brisbane for Ray White Sherwood. They have just hired five new agents to service Seventeen Mile Rocks, Centenary suburbs, Moorooka & Indooroopilly, hence their consolidation.
“We have a team of 40 people now and are still on the hunt for more with a space allowance for 50 desks here at Sherwood,” Mr. Crouch said.
Cameron Crouch is a proud Graceville resident, who started his real estate career in 2006 and loves the community where he grew up and now works.
“I have been selling in this area for 17-years. My family has lived in the area for four generations and are very accustomed to trading houses in the area. I spent my youth going to open homes with my parents and grandparents and I have always loved the process. I was exposed to the buying and selling process from a very young age, it’s in my blood.”
“I wanted to create a team that has a reputation for being more than just real estate agents. This area is tight knit with such a genuine community spirit that everyone embraces by supporting each other through all the highs and lows that this area has experienced. I have built a team of incredible individuals that go above and beyond for this community and each and every one of them really do represent the very best there is in residential sales and property management for the Western suburbs of Brisbane,” Mr. Crouch said.
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said Cameron Crouch was running an elite business.
“I love Cameron’s strategic vision for Sherwood, it’s a model for many others to emulate and re-create. They have a first class auction space and with all their team being connected, engaged and growing, the sky really is the limit. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for our Sherwood business all under the one roof and look forward to celebrating their continued success for many years to come,” Mr. Andrew said.
With the business in the heart of Sherwood, they continue to support and care for the people both in their immediate local community and now their extended wider community.
