Principal UPDATE with Cameron Crouch

Each year, after we all watch the race that stops the nation, we generally find that the local property market starts to slow down. This year it has not been the case. After seeing a record low in regards to supply of property coming onto the market this year, we are now seeing an influx of people putting their properties on before Christmas. This is not just happening locally, but also across Australia. As an office, we have just witnessed the largest listing month with roughly 30 properties that have been placed onto the market, or will be coming onto the market in the coming weeks. Due to this demand Ray White Sherwood is holding our first ever in-room Auction on the 3rd of December. We will be auctioning 8 local properties at our new office.
