CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Sales Trainee

Ray White Sherwood have a truly exciting position available for an inexperienced Sales Trainee to support a strong lead agent whose business is booming. Join the team and work alongside an Elite team who can help you start with a fresh face to the industry and help establish your roots for a road to a successful real estate career, with the aim to become one of the best agents in the area. All you need to do is bring your hunger to succeed, a willingness to learn and the drive to get you there.

The successful candidate will be able to gain practical on the job experience whilst completing extensive training through a Certificate IV in Property Services via a traineeship program. You will be working under close supervision using established practices, legislation, procedures and instructions. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Strong phone prospecting for sales leads daily;
• Building relationships with a large volume of people over the phone and face to face;
• Sales database management;
• Working to your daily and weekly targets;
• Attend ongoing training and coaching sessions.

About the candidate:

We are seeking a friendly, driven and resilient person who enjoys communicating with large numbers of people on a daily basis. You will be keen to learn and tackle new challenges as you grow within the business.

Job requirements:

• A car and a current drivers license;
• Be well presented at all times;
• Possess strong communication skills;
• Open to completing a traineeship to achieve a Certificate IV in Property Services;
• A willingness to communicate with the required number of people on a daily basis;
• A willingness to work unusual hours as needed;
• A resilient personality who can cope with the ups and downs of Real Estate Sales.
